Tuesday, January 24, 2017 — InnoGames attracted 170 game makers to its Hamburg offices this past weekend to take part in the Global Game Jam 2017 – breaking its own record and making it the largest of its kind in Germany. 34 playable games were made in only 48 hours – all inspired by the theme: “waves”. The winners – Indie Game studio “Tiny Roar” - presented a multiplayer game based on Unity called “Hula”.
“Hula” is a 1on1 multiplayer experience rooted in the Polynesian mythology. A playful love story about Lono and Laka, the deities for prosperity and rain, who can be called upon by performing the hula dance.
